A stay in Jubba, a lovely second-floor room overlooking the square, provides a comfortable bed, a sliding divider separating the lounge area with TV and sofa from the bedroom, and a walk-in shower, bath, L'Occitane products, slippers, bathrobes and fluffy towels; though a few guests noted a damp smell on the top floor. The delicious breakfast is another highlight for many.

adequate stay with issues

malfunctioning remote unexpected charge

the location was acceptable for accessing nearby attractions.

the tv remote malfunctioned, i found changing channels impossible. the room also had a noticeable damp odour that air fresheners did not completely eliminate. requesting extra water resulted in an unexpected charge of £8, which i considered excessive.

delicious breakfast amazing staff expensive price strong smell

the breakfast was delicious! the staff were all amazing and could not be more cute. the rooms were modern and so quiet, really.

the room i had was passable though it was too expensive for the price i paid. the top floor had a strong damp smell that they tried to cover up with plug-in air fresheners.

helpful staff luxury products faulty remote extra charge

The staff was really helpful I felt well looked after. My room had L'Occitane products that added a touch of luxury I appreciated those.

I encountered a slight problem with the remote I could not change the TV channel. They charged extra for the water bottles and I think it should be complimentary.
